Wrapped in Grace Foundation, Inc. is a faith-based Florida nonprofit working to develop affordable and transitional housing for veterans and individuals rebuilding their lives through recovery and major life transitions. Based in Bay County, we are committed to dignity, practical support, community partnerships, and lasting stability.
Our Mission
Our mission is to restore hope and rebuild lives through the development of veterans’ housing, transitional assistance, recovery support and education, and compassionate community connections. Our housing and supportive initiatives are currently in planning and development.
Meet Our Founder and President — Gregg McClung
Gregg McClung is a United States Air Force veteran, ordained Christian pastor, and Founder and President of Wrapped in Grace Foundation, Inc. His leadership brings together military service, experience in construction, property renovation and management, and a commitment to helping veterans and individuals in recovery find stability and a fresh start.
Gregg understands that safe housing requires more than good intentions. His practical background informs the foundation’s focus on thoughtful housing development, responsible planning, and collaboration with community and professional partners. His Christian faith shapes a compassionate approach centered on dignity, accountability, hope, and service.
Our Vision
We envision communities where veterans and individuals in transition can find safe, attainable housing, meaningful relationships, life-skills support, and pathways toward independence. We are working to build the partnerships and resources necessary to turn this vision into reality.
Faith in Action
Our Christian values inspire our mission. As an ordained pastor, Gregg hopes to offer prayer, Bible studies, pastoral care, and spiritual mentoring as voluntary opportunities. Participation in religious activities will not be required to receive assistance, and religious activities will be separate from government-funded services where applicable.
Stewardship and Partnership
Wrapped in Grace Foundation is seeking charitable support and partnerships to advance its planned housing and recovery initiatives. We are committed to clear communication about our stage of development and responsible stewardship of resources. Our application for recognition of tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) is pending with the IRS; we do not currently represent donations as tax-deductible.
